FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in being upfront and transparent about our pricing. We do not charge by the hour — instead, we provide honest and accurate estimates for each project, so you’ll know exactly what to expect in terms of cost and time. Our pricing is based on the scope of work and specific requirements of each task. For your convenience, we have a pricing guide available in the "Projects" section, where you can check the cost for various services. We also offer customized quotes for larger or more complex jobs, and we're happy to discuss any discounts or special rates if applicable. There are no hidden fees — what we estimate is what you’ll pay. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need further clarification on our rates!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start by understanding the scope of your project. We’ll ask questions about your needs, preferences, and any specific requirements you have. Based on that information, we’ll provide a detailed estimate that includes cost and time expectations. Once we agree on the terms, we’ll schedule a time to start the work. We prioritize clear communication throughout the process, so you’ll always know what’s happening and if any adjustments are needed. For larger tasks, we may bring in additional team members to ensure everything gets done efficiently and on time. After the job is complete, we do a final walkthrough with you to ensure you're completely satisfied. Our goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible, so you can enjoy the results with no surprises!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We bring a wealth of hands-on experience to every project, with both of us having extensive training in various trades. Over the years, we’ve gained practical knowledge through formal training programs, apprenticeships, and real-world experience working on a wide range of residential and commercial projects. In addition to our individual skills, we regularly update our knowledge through ongoing education and certifications to stay current with the latest industry standards and safety protocols. This includes certifications in areas like general carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and home repairs. We also value learning on the job, and each project gives us the opportunity to expand our expertise. Our diverse skill set means we can handle everything from simple repairs to more complex installations, ensuring high-quality results for our customers.
