Leo showed up on time and did excellent work. He was kind and responsive. The only thing that I should have done is discuss his quote and/or get it in writing BEFORE he started the job instead of taking his online quote at face value. That’s on me. But I would definitely use A.L Cleaner again for any window cleaning!

Leonardo did a fine job. So I didn’t have to get up on the roof, we used FaceTime and he walked around the roof to show me that he had completed the job to my satisfaction.
