About
Mayer's Construction & Remodeling is a family-owned general contractor, licensed in California (#1063024, B General Building). We have been building in the Bay Area and Los Angeles since 2009, and construction has been our family's trade for more than 40 years.
We remodel kitchens and bathrooms, turn garages into ADUs, renovate whole homes and build new ones. Design and construction stay with one team: our in-house designer helps you choose your materials, we prepare 3D renderings so you can see the result before work starts, and we handle the plans and permits. We source cabinets, countertops and flooring at wholesale.
How long our recent jobs took: a full kitchen or primary bathroom, 3 to 5 weeks. A garage-to-ADU conversion, 3 to 5 months. A whole-home remodel of over 5,500 sq ft, inside and out, 9 to 10 months.
A tip before you hire anyone for a kitchen: look closely at the cabinet doors and ask for plywood boxes.
Your first step is free: an in-home design consultation and an estimate.

After searching for a good general contractor to work on a home renovation, I am happy I found Mayer's Construction . Mike was very easy to work with. He was very clear on pricing, strategy and scope of works. We redid the kitchen as well as a few bathrooms and will be doing some future work as well. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Working with Mayer’s Construction & Remodeling was a delightful experience. They are by far the best remodeling company I have ever come across. This is clear in not only the quality of the work they have done for me (multiple bathrooms, backyard attractions) but also, and perhaps more importantly, customer service. Mike and Nathan was such a great guy’s to work with and knows what they are talking about. Not only that, but they workers were dedicated, thorough, and considerate. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to completely remodel their home or simply make a renovation/upgrade or two.

We have been really happy with Mayer’s construction process and performance! Remodel our kitchen and 2 bathroom was a very good idea and we wanted to make sure we do it the right way.
It took 2 and half months from design to built which was very helpful and easy going process.
Mayer’s team took everything from design to build and installation of all our finish materials.
We can’t thank you enough for the hard work, attitude and attention to our project.
