Hector worked on our 124-year-old Victorian. At that age you never know what you'll find. We approached this on a work and materials basis. He explained every issue found in great detail and gave us options for repairs. We take great pride in the beauty of our old girl and Hector responded in kind. People stop and take pictures all the time and she will be around long after we're gone.
