My name is Eli Alon and I am the owner of Alon Design and Remodeling inc. I have been in the construction industry since 2007. For over 10 years I worked independently for a major construction company and as I grew with them, learned a lot and was part of a great success. At my position as a project manager, I was responsible for managing large construction and remodeling projects from the very beginning part of designing to the completion of every single project. In 2018 we open our family-operated company and started our own business. Our world is challenged with an issue of wide-ranging scale and human impact. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all who have been affected by the coronavirus outbreak. At AD&R, there is no higher priority than the health and well-being of our employees and the welfare of our hard-working workers who are on daily basis coming to work to keep providing for their families and to make sure that you will have your remodeling project come to life. My dream came to life thanks to Alon Design and Remodeling! My house feels more like home now more than it ever has. I am very particular and had a lot of questions and requests throughout the process. They were always available to answer me, reassure me, and really put my vision into action. The quality, communication, and workmanship just blew me away. I did full remodel on my kitchen and master bath and it’s just breathtaking! The project manager Eli is also the owner, was just great to work with. Always saying on top of the crew and making sure everything was perfect. I already referred some neighbor friends that loved my new kitchen! Thank you again!

We were in the middle of a nightmare experience - 4 months on a bedroom/bathroom remodel and not even new walls finished with putting studs up - pretty tough with 2 kids and having to give up a bedroom and bathroom. Eli and team came in and told us everything off with the prior work and what to look into with that and we changed the next day after looking into their advice. In just 3 weeks they had us moved into the new bedroom completed and are getting the actual, proper permits for the bathroom work that is ongoing. Even with a foreman quitting in the middle of the project they had a replacement crew come in the same day to keep things moving for us. Good communication, great commitment to delivering in a timely and understanding the needs of the people they are doing projects for. Very hopeful to see what the bathroom looks like (especially with getting it done properly). Updated review - bathroom is complete and it looks AMAZING (and fully up to code with passed inspections). Tile work is awesome and the level of professionalism that Alon shows with each room is excellent. Rubi was our project manager and he was visiting multiple times every week to make sure everything was progressing and talking with us, making sure all the supplies needed were there. The team was very polite particularly with the work from home schedule avoiding interruptions and not being extremely loud. Some other issues were found during work and communicated well - we upgraded our electrical panel for a good cost and with Alon helping to get all the permits/coordinate with electrical provider. We greatly, greatly appreciated how well the clean up afterwards was done - an entire day spent power cleaning the exterior where they had cut all the wood/tile/drywall to ensure it looked like before all the work started. Will have to redo our roof in a few years on an older house and know who we are going to use.

I had an Amazing experience working with Alon design and remodeling. I was very scared to do any kind of remodeling. From the start they eased my concerns and were Awesome to work with from Yafit the office manager to Eli the project manager. I did a full home remodel and it looks amazing and was smoother experience than I could have hoped for. I interviewed several contractors and am so happy I went with Alon. I highly recommend :-)

It was a bit overwhelming to search for a general contractor. Truth to be told it was my first time ever to do remodeling. I just recently purchased the house so I was extremely worried from the cost. After meeting with a few general contractors I knew that the most fit for me wad Alon’s. From the moment I called them I knew that I like their system. I do not know nor understood anything within the process. It was one of the best experiences I had since I was educated by Alon’s team throughout the process and the progress. The price was not the cheapest, but after researching I learned that my friends who had cheaper prices of general contractor they used but they didn’t recommended me them. I met a few times with the owner of the company on site and my project manger. I recommend Alon’s team without any hesitation. Especially if you do not know anything about remodeling - Alon’s team will walk you through every step of the way.

I finally remodelled my kitchen and am in love! It didn’t feel inviting before and the Alon team really did such a beautiful job. Eli and Eshed were the project managers and were very good at communicating with me throughout the entire project. They were always on top of everything, and made sure I understood each step of the process. I am located in San Mateo, so there were plenty of other Contractors to choose from. But even their office manager, Yafit, made me feel I chose the best option. They were hands on throughout the process, never felt like someone is leaving me by myself without any guidance. It was very important for them to keep me posted with the progress. Truth to be told, I have learned a lot about remodeling. I am lucky and very happy with my choice. My neighbour stopped by and saw your work and will contact you as well. Thanks again !

Everything we priced is a fair market price. We are never the high bidder and never the lowest one. This is the feedback that we are hearing from our customers at all times.

Going over the details over the phone to make sure that we can answer our customer's inquiry. Meeting on-site for a free consultation and to provide a rough estimate for the total project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All training and education come with experience throughout the time as a general contractor. We are much knowledgeable about the full home remodeling and the additions for the 1st and 2nd stories.
