They helped repair a garage door that had broken springs. They were the quickest to respond and work seems high quality. Most importantly, the sensors had an issue after they left, but they came back and fixed the issue. The pricing was transparent, but not the cheapest. Hire these guys with confidence.

I recently had an issue with a broken spring on my garage door and called Palms Garage Doors for help. The technician, Yohai, was prompt, professional, and incredibly thorough. He did a complete inspection of the door and its components and was very transparent about what needed attention. Yohai pointed out that not only was the spring broken, but the drum and cable were also quite worn out. I really appreciated that he wasn't pushy at all; instead, he clearly explained the situation and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. He also mentioned that while my garage door motor is outdated and could use an upgrade eventually, it's still functioning well, so there's no immediate need for a replacement. I have had problems with another garage door repair company and their response was we can come out in a day or two. I called Palms Garage Door on Sunday, thinking the same response would be maybe Monday or Tuesday. To my amazement the Palms representative said that a repair person would be out within two hours. In fact a repair person was in my area in less than two hours. I showed him the problem and he had it fixed in about 20 minutes. He was very efficient and professional and explained why and how the problem occurred. I would recommend this company to anyone without a doubt.

It took me literally 4 hours from the time I sent out the inquiry to the time to getting my garage door repaired. I have a 35 year old wooden garage door that was installed by the builder back in 1989. The garage door opener motor was replaced in 18 years ago in 2006. The motor had died and I was looking for a reasonable price option to replace the motor and service the existing door. Minutes after I sent out an inquiry in late afternoon, Jacinta called me and worked with me to send someone to look into the issue and provide me a free estimate. Few hours later, per my requested time window, Elad arrived. He was very professional. He understood my needs and he gave the best option about changing the motor to the best in the industry LiftMaster 3/4 Horsepower 87504-267 with 7' Rail Belt Drive Opener with MyQ WiFi connectivity, Keypad and Integrated LED Lights; and change the rollers to the new silicon rollers. Other garage repair and install service were pushing me to change the garage door and track and everything - essentially shell out more $$ than I really wanted to or was necessary. I loved Elad's price that he had quoted and I asked him when can we get the work done and he said that he can do it now if I wanted since he had all the parts in his truck. Within an hour or so, the work was complete. I was truly impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism, understanding customer needs, punctuality, value and quality of work of Palms Garage Doors team. I would highly recommend them for your future garage door service, repairs and installation needs.
