They did an excellent job repairing my old gas fireplace. On the first visit, they assessed the situation, walked me through my options (replacing the entire unit vs. just the electronic valve), and ordered the necessary parts. On the second day, they completed all the work—we ended up replacing all the internal components. I love how my “new” old fireplace looks, and I’d definitely recommend them to friends.

The technician from Bay fireside pros was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I recently moved and wanted to have the fireplace inspected before using just to be safe and was provided a comprehensive report that made me feel comfortable using the fireplace going forward. Bay Fireside Pros was absolutely amazing, Doris inspected our fireplace and provided with a detailed explanation, we installed a new gas log set, and cleaned our chimney, Doris was the one who actually did the whole job and was very pleasant and clean, the outcome was wonderful, we highly recommend working with them!
