LICENSED ESTHETICIAN - SAN JOSE, CA Maricela received her California State License as an esthetician in 2011 in Southern California where she began her career teaching at an advanced esthetic school. She was able to help students with facials, techniques, chemical peels & different modalities. However, as a master with facial massages, she taught the technique for lymphatic drainage massages. Maricela’s passion in skin care is driven by results. She understands every patient is different and takes the time to recommend a treatment plan specifically for the patient. The biggest compliment is when someone can see the improvement in their skin which can be life changing for many. For Maricela, hearing those stories from patients is what it is all about. PLEASE NOTE: A $50 Venmo deposit is required to book your appointment. The $50 will be credited towards your services for the scheduled date only. I cannot recommend Maricela enough. An incredible human being aside from being a real professional with a realistic and honest approach to skin care. What luck I have had finding her. Honestly, I have never been a big fan of facial treatments- rarely had the time, patience and/or money. Now in my late 40s, I realized it is time take better care of my skin. Three major reasons keep me going back to Maricela: (1) she actually CARES about your skin and recognizes that your skin is a reflection of where you are in your life in terms of habits and lifestyle. She helps you set a realistic (and economical goal) to help your skin stay healthy; I started off with a Microderma abrsion (I needed it) and she gave me a free derma-planning treatment to help me understand whether it is something that would help. Now I am on a skin maintenance plan! 2) She is super PROFESSIONAL, uses excellent products (which she does not try to sell to you unless you ask), she is efficient with her time and communicates really well with scheduling changes etc. 3) She is an AUTHENTIC, kind and generous human being. I look forward to my hour with her as I don't feel 'marketed to'. I simply feel 'cared for'. What more can one ask for.

It was a great experience and the place is clean and fully sanitized before each client. This makes me comfortable getting facial with Maricela during the pandemic. She is warm, attentive and professional. My skin can breath again. I can’t wait to go back for my next facial!

I had my first facial with Mari and I loved it!! The facial felt wonderful and the extractions were painless. I didn’t even know she was doing it. My skin looked so smooth and felt so firm. I ask that all my clients fill out a Client Consultation & Consent form. This way I am able to identify any type of allergies, skin type, problematic areas, home care, contraindications to medications, and what the client is hoping to achieve.
