Great interaction. Richard and team were professional and helpful. Although the original request couldn't be fulfilled due to wiring issues at my house -- kind of what I thought might happen, to be honest -- Richard provided good advice on next steps that allowed me to get what I needed with a simple, inexpensive workaround.
