Our AC stopped working so I contacted several technicians. The 1st one was a total salesman that tried to sell us a whole new furnace after giving us an estimate for a whole new AC system. 🙄 They were a mess, to say the least. Then came Edwin with American Cooling -- what a breath of fresh air! He was punctual, detailed, explained exactly what was needed with photos to back up his recommendations, very professional, humble, super fair with his pricing, and overall just a terrific friendly guy who genuinely cares about his customers. My 88 yr old father-in-law who owns this house enjoyed chatting with Edwin, as he also speaks Spanish. If we could give him 10 stars, we would! 5 stars from me and 5 stars from my FIL...😁 Awesome work, Edwin!🏆We definitely highly recommend Edwin for any and all AC/furnace work! Highly recommend American cooling for A C repair. There was an intermittent AC low air flow problem. Edwin identified the exact root cause (air leak), and get it repaired right away. Very good communication as well.

Edwin came by my home to repair my electric fireplace. I messaged him the day before and he reach out to me the very next day at 8 AM. He agreed to come by at a time convenient for me. He wore shoe covers and had a work blanket to lay down to collect any dirt or dust from the project. He charged a very reasonable fee and was extremely professional. I’m very happy I reached out to American cooling and I will be reaching out to Edwin for more future projects

Edwin responded to my request for gas fireplace repair when most of the other companies said they didn't work on fireplaces they hadn't installed. Even my installer wouldn't even give me a definite appointment. Edwin spent time diagnosing, (2 visits-long story) and when it came to parts and fixing this Lopi model, there is confusion regarding my warrantee and if it is covered., and where to get parts if not. So I am working on that, not Edwin's fault, and really I wish he had installed my fireplace because he is much more helpful than my installer from Hayward. Edwin didn't even charge me because he couldn't get it fixed. I would definitely use him again if I could, but I have a feeling the fireplace dealer won't even get me parts unless he is fixing. We shall see but they are on vacation til after New Year.
