FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our diagnostic charge for repairs is $99.00, and we have a flat rate price book for all repairs and services. We will credit the $99.00 diagnostic cost towards the price of the repair if the customer decides to move forward with our services. Typically, during normal business hours, smaller A/C & Heating repairs can range from$99.00 to $325.00. Our prices fall in the average range of the area we live in. We have a pricing book that can breakdown the different options on repairs or replacements. The installation is the most important aspect of this project. We prove our work by performing tests to the ducting and equipment to match the manufactures specs and recommendations. We also give an extended 3 years of labor on all installations. This will keep you rest assured that if something isn't up to your satisfaction, we will be back for free. A contractor that comes to quote your project should tell you exactly what tests will be performed. So, educate yourselves and find the best contractor. Remember, you get what you pay for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to give our customers a two-hour window of arrival and will make every attempt to provide them with services the same day if needed. We offer after hours emergency services as well for an increased diagnostic and repair cost. When we arrive at our customer's home, we don't just repair the faulty part and run out. We perform light maintenance on their equipment while we're onsite, evaluate the entire system and its performance, as well as focus our attention on their concerns within the HVAC system. The diagnostic charge has no time limit, so when were onsite, we are there to answer all their questions, inspect any areas of concerns they may have and educate them on the system & recommend any improvements we may think is fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have all the required documentation. Extensive experience in service and installations of HVAC equipment. We use load calculations on our duct installations as well as test in & out to show our clients the improvements they're paying for. We are comfort specialists, we overlook the entire HVAC system and fine-tune the airflow according to each room or offices needs, by using the Manual J load calculations. We will determine the CFM that is needed to efficiently heat or cool the area, and we test each vent with an air flow hood and balance them to perfection using manual dampers in your ducting. We also offer free leak testing on your ducting, this will help you understand the exact percentage of conditioned air that may be lost if the ducting is not sealed tight and properly installed.
