Denny helped in diagnosing the issue with my HVAC. Communication was very good and he came on time. Problem is his initial diagnosis was wrong and I have to get a second opinion.

I professionally diagnosed Mr. Mudit I gave my accurate description on what was going on with his outdoor AC unit and my professional opinion this unit needs to be replaced. I told him he has a bad compressor. It will not take on Freon because the compressor is not working correctly and he insists that I put Freon into the system. It is not the problem. He doesn’t believe me so he wants to leave a review to something. He just doesn’t understand, but he thinks he does who is the professional here

Called service champions for AC maintenance . They checked and blabla. They said I need around 2000 to replace Some parts to make it running more efficiently. while it is still working. I then asked Denny’s to do the Same work. He thinks it is ok to get it running without replacing anything. I am still using my ac for two months without any problems. Thanks for being honest.

Denny made the entire experience extremely easy. He was quick to respond maybe and appointment to view the job the next day was working on our HVAC within two days of my initial contact. On top of being responsive and quick he was fairly priced and did excellent work. Also took the time to walk us through general maintenance to keep our system up and running for as long as possible. I will be recommended Denny to anyone who needs HVAC in the future.

We needed to get air conditioning installed. I put up a request on thumbtack. Denny immediately responded and showed up the next day. He inspected the house and let me know that I needed to get the furnace changed as it was very old and it was driving up my energy bills during winters. He gave a quote immediately and told me he’d replace the furnace as well. The price was good for AC installation and furnace change and he said he’d finish it in two days. The work is very professional. Denny and his associate finished the job as promised in two days and left the garage as it was before they started. He explained everything I need to know about the thermostat and the air conditioner. He also told me that the air ducts in my house need cleaning/replacing and he’d do it in winter as the prices will be lower then. If you’re reading this, I’d definitely recommend Denny for your HVAC installations and repairs. He’s very professional and knows what he’s doing and his prices are right!
