- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For booking, 20% of the total service cost is required as Security Deposit. Any changes, reschedule or cancellation can be done up to 48h before your appointment. Otherwise, no refund or reschedule will be provided, as your agreement to book may cause the loss of additional bookings. When the cleaners finish the cleaning, you make the remaining balance payment of 80%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly, we try to understand what kind of service customers are looking for. When possible, we ask them to send us some photos of the places that will be cleaned. With the photos of the locations we suggest the best way to provide the best result and then provide the estimated price of our service.

We started doing this work in 2020. We started doing residential and today we also work with commercial.
