Great communication. It's truly all about project management and respecting a humans time. Knocked it out of the park. Every horrible spot was removed today. Very thorough yet quick work!! Machine is not as loud as I thought it would be. House smells so good. They'll need access to one solid, dedicated outlet, front door cracked for the machine on porch (quieter this way) for the lines and a few galloons of hot tap water. One tech and one outside helper arrives. I reminded myself to do this during anytime but an atmospheric storm lol. Longer drying time.

*** update on my review** 3/23/2023: They made multiple attempts with me to rectify the situation and offered to come back to clean it again.. they even offered me to give me some refund which I graciously declined to get my money back since their time and effort on trying to make it better is enough for me.. this proves that this company is willing to stand by on the quality of service they can provide and they care more about the customer’s satisfaction and not the money that they will earn. There are few company that will do this and I admire their work ethics.. -*** I gave the stars for easy communication and responsiveness. They were able to do the cleaning of my carpet on the same day I called. Unfortunately, the pet stains that was only there for about 6 weeks is still there. Anna explained to me that pet stains is the toughest stain to remove and I was hoping they could come back to do spot treatment since when they left our home, the carpet is very wet and I only noticed the stain when it dried out the next day. I’ve had some cleaner in the past that dealt with much worst stains like the red wine and longer than 6 weeks of pet stains and they were able to address the problem but they are not available to come back on the same day I called.Have I known it would be left like this, I would have done it myself or stayed loyal to the carpet cleaner who have dealt with this better before.

Appointment was on time, walk through with actual cost up front and performance was immaculate. I will definitely use them again. Called day before and Eco came out the next day to do the job. LOVED IT!!!
