- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job starts with a free on-site estimate, and you get a written, itemized quote before any work begins. Water damage and mold jobs have no minimum; remodeling projects start at $15,000. On mold jobs we quote removal and repairs separately, because we often can't see how much needs rebuilding until the damaged material is out. We'll explain that up front. If you need us after hours, we'll tell you the emergency rate before we come out. Our work is covered by a one-year workmanship warranty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call you back fast, usually within minutes during business hours, and can often come out the next day. Bar or a project manager looks at the job, explains what's going on and what your options are, and sends a written estimate, usually within a couple of days. Once you approve, we schedule the work and send photos and updates as we go.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are IICRC-certified in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Mold Remediation (MLD), and we hold a California B General Building Contractor license (#1141804). Everyone on our team has more than 10 years of hands-on experience. We also prepare Xactimate estimates for insurance claims.
