I worked with Swathi for my child's first year birthday party. As someone who has no experience throwing parties, Swathi was like a friend that helped me plan this. Right after the introductory call I felt comfortable and confident about the party. She recommended an excellent caterer and a party helper. I am not exaggerating when I say the food was amazing and loved by all; we ate the leftovers for the next few days. The helper was so sweet and resourceful without being told what to do. For decor, I decided to go the DIY route and Swathi recommended decor I can get for my budget and shared her ideas for everything.
Next time I throw a party I am definitely going to her for help! It was a pleasure working with her.

We worked with Swathi for our son's 3 year B'day party, and she delivered the perfect event within two weeks. Swathi helped us with decor, party favors, B'day cake, finding an outdoor venue, music, food for guests, furniture, and, planning party activities. She took all our stress away by providing a few options for each aspect that were right for us, and fit within our budget.
The thing we appreciate the most about Swathi was the attention to detail, and her excellent communication throughout. Swathi listened to us describe our vision, asked many relevant questions about details we hadn't considered, and came up with an excellent set of options. Once we made our choices she was on top of coordination and finalized the execution plan quickly. In addition, she was able to save the day last minute by finding a backup within hours when the bounce-house vendor canceled the night before. It was an absolute pleasure working with Swathi and we highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to eliminate stress from party planning!
