We initially hired Bair for a couple of electrical projects, and ended up hiring him for additional work after our first meeting. Bair is polite, professional, and kept us updated with regular text communications. He gave us options and solutions for our projects but also his personal recommendations to help us save on budget. His hourly rate was extremely reasonable and he worked very efficiently while respecting our home. We will hire him again for our future needs and definitely recommend him to anyone seeking a reliable electrician.

Bair was excellent to work with. Very professional & punctual. He did electrical work for attic fan for me. Great work n best part was that he even followed up post fan installed by my roofing company to ensure all electrical were in place and fan worked.
I would hire him without a doubt for all my projects moving forward...

Bair and his team helped us with some repairs in our house in really short notice and he completed on time.
He was a saviour as our other contractor had to cancel last minute .
