We initially hired Bair for a couple of electrical projects, and ended up hiring him for additional work after our first meeting. Bair is polite, professional, and kept us updated with regular text communications. He gave us options and solutions for our projects but also his personal recommendations to help us save on budget. His hourly rate was extremely reasonable and he worked very efficiently while respecting our home.
