- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing comes down to duration of performance and location of the event (city). A quote will be given once the information has been received.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process will begin with the client submitting the information for the event. If I am available to perform on that date, I will submit a quote to the client. After that, we will make up a Music Performance Contract with all information for the event and also a deposit will be due at contract signing to confirm and hold the date for the event. Payments can be made for the final balance and final balance will be due prior to the event.
