- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is designed to be fair and transparent. We offer a 10% senior discount as a way to give back to our community. Our goal is to provide top-quality work at a fair price that reflects the value we deliver.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, the first step is to schedule a visit. For the initial visit, we charge a service fee to cover the cost of coming out and diagnosing the issue. Once we've identified the problem and discussed the next steps, there’s no service fee for any follow-up visits. If you need us to come back for repairs or further service, we don’t charge an additional service fee for that. Our goal is to provide clear and fair pricing from the start and ensure you’re taken care of every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve gained valuable experience through hands-on learning. From a young age, I was fortunate to accompany my father on various jobs, which gave me a solid foundation in the trade. Over time, as I started working on my own, I learned by taking on new projects and tackling different challenges. Each job has been an opportunity to grow and refine my skills, and that real-world experience has been the best teacher.
