Before we begin any repairs, we'll confirm the estimated cost together to ensure full transparency. Payment for parts is required upfront, while labor costs will be due once the job is completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact the customer to schedule an appointment. Our technician arrives, thoroughly inspects the unit, diagnoses the issue, and provides a clear explanation along with a repair estimate. If the customer agrees to proceed, we order any necessary parts and return to complete the repair.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been around appliance repair and HVAC for most of my life, starting at 15 years old when I began accompanying my father, an experienced appliance technician and HVAC contractor, on jobs. I learned by observing, assisting, and applying the skills he taught me. Additionally, I gained hands-on experience by working with my uncle, who didn’t speak English, requiring me to translate while also learning the trade firsthand.
