- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide discounts for disabled, veterans people. Our usual charge is $75 for service calls and it could be deducted if you decide to repair your appliance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually figure out what’s going on with a client’s appliance, schedule an appointment, then show up, diagnose the appliance, give our clients an estimate of repair, then we order parts and finally get it done.
