Max was wonderful! I was able to make an appointment for the next day. He showed up as scheduled and even though we didn't go through with the repair of the LG fridge, I really appreciate his honesty and expertise in diagnosing the issue. It was decided that replacement in this case was the better decision. I will definitely be using his services again in the future!

We provide discounts for disabled, veterans people. Our usual charge is $75 for service calls and it could be deducted if you decide to repair your appliance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually figure out what’s going on with a client’s appliance, schedule an appointment, then show up, diagnose the appliance, give our clients an estimate of repair, then we order parts and finally get it done.
