- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our prices are transparent and strict. We provide all prices before the visit if the requester is able to provide us with necessary details. Even if not we tell 2-4 possible scenarios and the price range. Note: Appliance repair quotes can not be given prior diagnostic.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we need to understand what is the situation a new customer have. Than we tell about how we work and present needed available times and etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
+ University (Engineer) 6 years + Bureau of Household Goods and Services (BHGS) License + EPA UNIVERSAL - access to all types of freon + C20 Contractor license + 10 years of experience
