- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing it fair and same as the market! We do have $80.00 diagnose fee which will be waived upon estimate approval. That means we come over and after diagnosing the issue, will provide an estimate, if customer rejects it for any reason (for example want to buy a new one), then will charge the customer $80.00 and if customer accepts the estimate, then $80.00 will go toward repair :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I asked the customers either Email or Text their info and then will create the work order on my side so I can have it in the system and can track it later on step by step. Then will have the customer on the schedule based on the soonest or more convenient availability. After Diagnosing the issue will provide an estimate and upon approval, if we have the part in our van, will fix it and if not then has to be ordered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do have computer, mechanic and electrical background and thats why it is much easier for me to understand the issue and work with the fully integrated appliances these days. I am also EPA certified which allows me to work on the refrigeration and I am specialized in the sealed system issues.
