The guys at BIS were punctual and professional. They spent sufficient time analyzing the problem and provided a working solution as well as a 1 month warranty for their work, which left me feeling confident that the issue was resolved or I would not be on the hook if the same issue resurfaced in a few days. Overall excellent work and the price was reasonable, would gladly call again for future plumbing issues.

We had a major plumbing issue where the toilet on the third floor was clogged and leading water into the floorboards and causing a leak into the second floor ceiling. BIS came in and root caused and rectified the problem completely and took the time to explain everything to me and what caused it. Extremely glad we found BIS. They’ll be my guys for all plumbing issues in the future.
