At work, I've tackled corporate retreats, product and brand launch events, conferences, and holiday party's. I spend my time outside of work giving back to the community and helping clients plan for smooth, personalized events and weddings. I hired Helen to help plan a destination wedding in Las Vegas in December of 2024. We had 6 weeks to plan a 230 person wedding weekend and Helen was extremely organized, detail oriented, and responsive to all my needs for the wedding. She helped book and manage all my venues and vendors, manage all guest communications and lodging needs, handled all creative design aspects, and even helped my fiance and our wedding party get outfitted for the wedding weekend. Helen is incredibly responsive, calm and collected (even when things get super busy towards the end of planning!), and thoughtful. We initially onboarded with her for final month coordination but ended up expanding our relationship to a longer engagement before our special day because we trusted her input and guidance. Couldn't have accomplished the daunting task of wrangling vendors, guests/family, all while staying focused on the heart of the celebration without her!
