We took their help to dispose of some old items. They had to remove the items from one flight of stairs and they were very careful not to damage the walls etc. Very prompt and efficient. Overall very happy with their services

My lights are falling down. The price that was charged was too expensive for falling lights and not enough lights put up. I thought I was paying someone that could give me insight and ideas as I explained prior to the service. I was not an expert and I just want it to look nice. I wanted profession opinion on what I should do and I got a half done job. I was also asked to pay via venmo, wasn't aware that I should pay via Thumbtack. Now I have to pay someone to redo it. I just lost $300 for horrible Christmas lights. And yes I've contacted them to come and fix it but as of right now, mo response. After contacting the owner of the company Firas, He came out and fixed the lights himself. He was very apologetic and assured that he would fix it. He was very responsive and professional. I understand now that the guy who came out was a contractor of bambo handy and I wanted to update my review after the work had been fixed. Thank You Firas of Bambo handy for your integrity.
