- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For a start I offer three moderately priced lessons and then use a sliding scale, depending on the means, commitment, time constraints. If you want to sing but can only come once a month I can accommodate that - my tips will work for you between the lessons too! If you are very motivated and would like to come more than once a week it can be done. I can also barter for skills such as video work, recording services etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can answer all the questions by phone prior to a lesson or a consultation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a MA in Theatre Studies from the Theatre Academy in Warsaw. I also studied acting at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in Glasgow. I studied with renowned opera singers in Poland and in the Bay Area and have performed in recital, with orchestra or in concert and events since 2004.
