Suki arrived on time and quickly assessed the job. He clearly explained why we couldn’t do what I wanted based up my equipment and it’s location. He suggested me another solution that worked fine. He gave me options for dealing with the now obsolete land lines; I will be able to do what he suggested. The other land lines were removed.
