Working with Lucas was an absolute Joy! I was so incredibly impressed with how informative and valuable his career guidance was. Lucas helped me get clear on my values, what I want out of life and how these pieces integrate into my career and future roles. On top of being extremely knowledgeable, Lucas is an intuitive individual and a natural coach. He is relentlessly positive, energizing and extremely well spoken and organized. After looking for a career coach for a couple months, I finally met Lucas who was very accommodating in listening to what I was looking for in a career coach. Half the battle for me is staying consistent in my job search and developing a good sense of self. Lucas is extremely present during all meetings, he's never late and responds in a timely manner. He's provided multiple self assessments to help me reflect on my strengths, passions and dislikes. For someone who is just starting out in the work field, Lucas has been very encouraging about using my story to showcase my education and who I am as a person. Lucas is always prepared for our sessions and comes up with his thoughts, insights and suggestions before our meetings so every minute of our session is productive. I've really enjoyed my sessions with Lucas as he is always very positive and passionate in helping you find your sense of self whether that's in your personal life or your career.

I would absolutely recommend Lucas as a career coach to anyone needing support in their career development. His help has been invaluable in my process of finding a new job. Even though I am a professional who was fortunate to enjoy much career success, I have always questioned in the back of my mind if I was in the right industry. I toyed with the idea of making a drastic career change but was paralyzed with indecision for a while. I figured I should probably find a professional career coach to help me get some clarity, and that is when I met Lucas. Lucas took the time to really try and understand my career situation, so that we could formulate a plan that was unique to me.
