DJ Ajani did a great job for my daughter’s 16th birthday party. He was professional, punctual, and played a great mix of music. DJ Ajani was amazing. He brought fun and funk to a suburban group of parents that desperately needed it. His knowledge of music is vast and that made it really easy. He just needed a couple favorite songs and curated a whole music journey for the night: starting chill, ramping up when it got dark and people wanted to dance, and then ramping back down to send party goers home. Overall great experience. DJ Ajani worked my wedding. He was incredibly professional, on-time, prepared and played a big role in ensuring my wedding was a success. What I appreciated most was his receptiveness to song request from out guest. Mixes/mash-ups were perfect. Highly recommend.

My normal rate is between $150-$250 per hour, depending on the type of event and what is needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A consultation call is usually first to discuss details about the event. From there, we agree to a DJ set time and rate, then I send an invoice for a deposit to lock in the date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of hands-on experience DJing a variety of events.
