- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use straight forward and standard pricing for all of our services. Our tenant placement service is priced at $1250 per placement. We provide the highest level of service in this area and one of the most competitive prices in the industry! Once we publish our full management offering, it will be done at $125 per month. For all of our products, we assign a dedicated property manager to each property. And when they are not available, there will be a team of professionals available 24/7 to address any issues for you or your (perspective) tenants. Our goal is to use technology and hands-on attention to provide the best property management experience!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For our tenant placement service, we will reach out to get some basic details about your property. You can either provide it over the phone or on our website. We will then schedule a time to meet you and get a key to the property. Once we have the key, your property will be photographed (at no cost) by a professional photographer and will appear online for on demand showings within 24 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed broker with the state of CA and own over 100 units in CA. I became interested in property management after identifying the inefficiencies and inadequacies that surrounded the industry. So I set out to build a software that bests compliments my team and I so we can provide the best and most efficient service to my tenants and my future customers (you!).
