- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Thank you for your interest in TheSFPropertyManagement property management company. Our pricing structure is designed to provide you with the best value for your investment property while delivering excellent service. We charge a competitive management fee of 6% of the monthly rent, which covers our comprehensive property management services, including rent collection, maintenance coordination, tenant communication, and financial reporting. In addition to our management fee, we charge a one-time placement fee of 50% of the first month's rent. This fee covers the cost of marketing your property, screening potential tenants, and executing the lease agreement. While we do not offer any discounts as part of our standard pricing, we do offer limited discounts that can be discussed over the phone. We understand that every property is unique, and we work with our clients to create customized management plans that fit their individual needs. We are confident that our pricing is fair and competitive for the level of service we provide. We strive to offer transparent pricing and will always be upfront about any fees associated with our services. Throughout this process, we will keep you informed and up-to-date on all activities related to your property. Once a tenant is in place, we will manage all aspects of the property, including rent collection, maintenance coordination, and tenant communication. We will provide you with regular financial statements and updates on the status of your property, so you always have a clear understanding of how your investment is performing.
