It is my 2nd time engaging a property manager for my single house rental. Paul is very professional and knowledgeable of rental market in the Bay Area. He was calm, listen well and gave me a few options to maximize my rental income goal and my personal safety/care. I was impressed Paul quickly posted my home listing with the high rental target and gotten a potential tenant interested to view the rental place within 2 days.
