I'm currently renting a room in a shared house with Amir as the master tenant. In this position, he's been a good master tenant/landlord, offering a good room in San Francisco for a good price. He has also been responsive and pro-active about addressing maintenance issues.
As a housemate, he's also been very respectful, responsive, and altogether a good human being. He is by-far one of the best roommates I've lived with.
Altogether, I'd recommend him as a landlord/property manager and a housemate.
