I posted a requirement of roof cleaning and power washing concrete patio on ThumbTack. Super San's reached out to me very quickly. He was the only one who told me that he'll stop by my place to give me a quote and respond to any questions I may have. He could have looked up the condition of my house's roof through Google maps but I think that in-person visit, explaining me the details for what's involved (since this was my first time getting the roof cleaning done), and answer any questions I had made him get the contract. Plus he quoted me the most reasonable charges among all. His team arrived on time, did the job in a neat manner, cleaned up all exterior surfaces well to remove the fallen dirt from the roof cleaning, gave me pictures of the actual wok done on the roof, power washed the patio and made it look nice and clean. It was a job well done!

First, thumbtack has really been a wonderful asset to help me find reputable small businesses. This project was removal of palm branches and debris on my office roof, cleaning of the gutters and power washing my office building. San was responsive and punctual and easy to schedule with. He was very professional and friendly and kind. I appreciated that there's not a huge increase in the price with my commercial building verses a residential building. That is valuable! I have added some before and after photos. Soo nice to have this task off my To Do list but it was daunting to find someone that's not a huge company that will price gauge but also someone that has his own insurance on his business so that everyone is protected.

I recently hired Super San's Cleaning through Thumbtack for a roof and gutter cleaning, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial inquiry for an estimate to the completion of the job, Sanclair, the owner, was consistently prompt and transparent about the entire process. On the day of the service, Kevin, one of Sanclair's crew members, arrived in the morning with a friendly smile and worked diligently throughout the day. He went above and beyond, working past lunch to ensure the job was done to perfection. Sanclair himself conducted a final inspection and even took the initiative to fix a couple of other issues with the gutter and downspout. This level of attention to detail and customer satisfaction was truly impressive. I can't praise Super San's Cleaning enough. The company is amazing, and the team is exceptional.
