My husband and I were very impressed with Douglas who came out to the house to clean our roof. He was professional, organized, fast and efficient! We need a roof cleaning for insurance purposes. Total cost was $600 and our roof is about and our roof size is approximately 1,400 ft². Highly recommended!

I posted a requirement of roof cleaning and power washing concrete patio on ThumbTack. Super San's reached out to me very quickly. He was the only one who told me that he'll stop by my place to give me a quote and respond to any questions I may have. He could have looked up the condition of my house's roof through Google maps but I think that in-person visit, explaining me the details for what's involved (since this was my first time getting the roof cleaning done), and answer any questions I had made him get the contract. Plus he quoted me the most reasonable charges among all. His team arrived on time, did the job in a neat manner, cleaned up all exterior surfaces well to remove the fallen dirt from the roof cleaning, gave me pictures of the actual wok done on the roof, power washed the patio and made it look nice and clean. It was a job well done!
