- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the job, never by the hour. So we're never spending more time at the customer than what it should take to get the job done, and we always provide our price for repairs in advance, so there are no surprises!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Mr. Rooter, we're a little different. We never give quotes over the phone, we just feel they can be at best inaccurate or misleading at their worst. That's why we never charge a service fee to come out to your home or business. We want to see the problem, evaluate the situation and only then give the customer an honest price to fix the job (the first time). We'll stand by our price and we offer an industry leading warranty on parts and service. If you accept our price, then we can usually begin work on your plumbing problem right away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We employ Master Plumbers, Journeyman Plumbers and well-trained service technicians. In California, every licensed plumbing contractor must have at least one California licensed contractor on staff.
