- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is essential to know what your goals are, your workout experience, and if you have any injuries. During the first session, I will evaluate your strengths, weaknesses, and technique; with this information, I will put together a workout that is appropriate and challenging for you. No two workouts are the same. I strongly believe in changing the routines to keep them fresh and fun!
