- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing structure is based around 3 month training cycles. Discounts start at 6 months and increase for longer periods. Ask for details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new client is given an assessment to find your strengths and weaknesses as well as what your goals are. With this information I can build a custom program that is designed to improve the specific areas you need attention with and work towards achieving your desired outcome.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified strength coach and also a certified personal trainer by the National Council on Strength and Fitness. I'm also a certified Spartan SGX coach, specializing in training based on obstacle course racing.
