PRICES vary from 100 to $110 for 1-on-1 depending on training frequency
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.** Book a Free Consultation. Meet with one of our trainers to talk about your goals, medical history, assess your mobility and of course try a few exercises. This is also a great opportunity to see if you like your trainer (we know it’s important to you). You can request your consultation here. 2. **Personalized Training Program:** After your consultation your trainers will create a custom training programs based on your fitness level, goals, and available equipment (or lack thereof). Every plan is designed to maximize results and minimize the risk of injury. 3. **Pick Your Workout Space:** With virtual personal training, you can workout anywhere. How awesome is that?! You have the freedom to train in your living room, backyard, park or your local gym. 4. **Pick Your Schedule** We work with our virtual clients the same way we do with our in-person clients. So you’ll need to pick your training frequency: 1x, 2x, 3x or 4x per week. 5.**Start crushing those goals!** Your coach will make necessary adjustments to your training plan, ensuring you continue to see improvements and stay motivated. With video sessions and continuous support, you never have to feel alone on your fitness journey!

We think that best trainers never stop learning! And we definitely strive to be the best personal trainers we can be , which requires us to constantly invest in our continual education. We have dozens of certifications and we have attended many workshops lead by some of the top professionals in the industry.
