- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $350 for a four hour approximate session. Depending on the space, one session may be all you need. If your organizational goals require more than one session, we will be happy to work with you to find the best fit and session package for your space. We also have a monthly maintenance service that is $200 for approximately 2-3 hours of upkeep.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an intake phone call where we will discuss your goals and any limitations of the space. Then at the appointment, we will look at everything you current put in your space, sorting by categories, purge anything that no longer serves you, and finish with reorganizing everything into the space so that you can easily access and use what you own.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have certificates in Residential and Workplace Organization from the National Association of Professional Organizers. I have also read many books available in the space, have a thorough understanding of what tools and storage options are available, and have been organizing for years.
