- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is based on the job and geographic area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I walk through the areas you want to focus on to organize, declutter, and donate. And then I suggest a plan to move forward in 2-3 hour sessions. I find that sessions over 3 hours to be too exhausting for most people- It ‘s a very tiring process and it’s easy to lose focus after 2 or 3 hours.

I am a professional member of NAPO and have taken their training courses.
