- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an hourly rate with a 4 hour minimum. Upon booking an appointment, I request a 50% deposit that is refundable if the appointment is canceled within 48 hours of the start time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually ask for a couple of photos, measurements if the client can provide them (if not, I can come take measurements), and what they are hoping to accomplish! Once I see photos, I can assess how long I think a project will take and provide a quote. I'm always available via phone or email to answer any questions!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked as a Junior Designer and Purchaser for an Interior Designer for a few years before realizing that sitting at a desk all day was not for me, and I wanted to do something more tactile and rewarding. Organizing is something that I've always been naturally good at so I figured I would give it a go, and I'm so glad I did!
