Krista was recommended to me through a client she trains after I noticed my friend starting to really transform. Not only was Krista very thourogh- I specifically asked to do workouts that would sculpt me long, strong and centered. But she went out of her way to really fine tune and finesse the edges of my body that needed a lift, without any bulking involved what so ever. I have a strong yoga practice, but she was able to show me how to specificly target my hips, love handles and low belly- killer deep core work! My frame now is stronger than it's ever been, even after 2 kids and being an athlete off and on my whole life. The big plus isn't energy is up, my patiance for life and others has grown, and in so many ways, my weekly workouts with her have been like therapy.
