- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are affordable and depends on needs of client and scope of services provided. Discounts on travel time; waiting time and discussion with client/customer over the phone; emails and text messages are granted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After meeting or talking to a client and as soon as all information and copies of documents are provided, clients just sign the documents for court filing or for serving copies to opposing parties, and the process is completed and/or continued either by phone or email until judgment or a resolution is issued in a span of 1 day or 1 week or 1 month or 6 months or within a certain period of time depending on how long it will take for the court to approve and/or finalize the issuance of a judgment or resolution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of work experience with a law firm. A degree in Bachelor of Laws (J.D.) and a degree in Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration (BSCBA). Have been a notary public for more than 3 years. Appeared as witness of clients before Judges in several courts in Northern California. Have assisted self-represented litigants in preparing acceptable documents for filing with courts.
