Ivan has an epa approved process that is non toxic and involves fogging the apartment. It takes 3 hrs but you can move back in safely after that. The mold tests were surprisingly expensive but on the whole the service is good

Ivan Kwok was quick to my inquiry by email and came over to explain in person about my mold problem under the kitchen sink. He explained how Dry Fogging would solve it. His communication skills in business transactions were good with follow-up mails and phone calls. After I secured two parking spaces for their service vehicles in my condo garage, he came with his assistant on time on the day that I had chosen. The job was finished in 2 and a half hours. When he finished it, he gave me a few instructions that I should give to my handyman to rebuild the damaged base cabinet. He was dependable and likable! Y.K.
