I highly recommend Ivan and his team and would happily refer him to any friend in need of mold remediation work. I had two companies do an inspection, and Ivan with My Pure Environment immediately diagnosed the source of the issue. My issue required roof repair and some construction work and Ivan was able to facilitiate a great contractor for me to do this repair, even the roofing, which made it so much simpler. I was also very grateful for the speed and clear and easy communication throughout the process. 10/10 for Ivan and team.

Ivan has an epa approved process that is non toxic and involves fogging the apartment. It takes 3 hrs but you can move back in safely after that. The mold tests were surprisingly expensive but on the whole the service is good

We provide free on-site estimate and affordable air testing (i.e. $198.50/air test). Our price is net which means no hiding tax, surcharge, labor cost, etc.
