Jeremy Falk is an E-RYT 500HR yoga instructor, men's coach, and public speaker who helps people to feel powerfully embodied, deeply grounded, passionately devoted, ferociously inspired, courageously resilient, and FULLY ALIVE.
He specializes in adapting and communicating these practices, principles, and ancient wisdom in pragmatic ways for clientele who only want the very best, most professional, and knowledgable instruction, as well as in corporate wellness settings when presentation and articulation are extremely important.
Jeremy’s public classes are a challenging alignment based Bhakti vinyasa that combine intentional sequencing, philosophy, humor, and heart. He encourages his students to stay connected to how the practice helps us show up in the world with more compassion, focus, fortitude, grit, grace, ease, patience, and raw passion for living.
With over 13 years of experience in embodied arts, he traveled the world in 2012 to study wellness and completed his foundational training while living in India for nearly 6 months.
Recently he’s been recognized for his accessible teachings and confident yet approachable communication style as an Ambassador for companies like Lululemon, Fitbit, and Yoga Journal.
He is an incredibly engaging, motivating, captivating, and authentic speaker who loves to share his passion in health, wellness, yoga, meditation, and human interactions. He is highly skilled at holding space and leading approachable practices that invite people into a deeper realm of connection beyond the typical surface interaction.
