- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would like my clients to know that my pricing is based on the level of quality, professionalism and beauty that they will be experiencing with the final product and the process of their custom mural. A mural is a permanent work of art on an interior or exterior wall and it has the potential to transform a space. When murals are done right, they can make a beautiful positive impact on people’s experiences of a location or room. The price that my clients pay is more than reflected in the lasting effect of their custom mural artwork.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process goes as follows: 1. I receive general concept and general size 2. I give a general quote 3. We brainstorm composition, details and specifics 4. I create any sketches needed 5. We finalize project details 6. We finalize price 7. Contract is signed 8. Invoice is sent 9. Down payment (half of total balance) is processed 10. Work begins 11. Image is sketched on walls 12. Painting is created 13. Artwork is approved by client 14. Clean up 15. Final payment is processed
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA in Painting, and I carry a C33 Contractor's License. I draw on a lifetime as an artist and years of experience painting. In 2006 I received a Bachelor of Fine Art with a double concentration in Painting and Drawing. With that formal arts training I have had countless hours dealing with design, proportion, scale, composition and detail. In terms of murals specifically I have over 10 years of experience and many completed projects. I use professional grade paints picked for longevity. I pride myself on my professionalism, and my client experience.
