- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates start from: 2 movers - $109/129 per hour (cash/card), 3 movers - $149/169 per hour (cash/card), 4 movers - $189/209 per hour (cash/card). Every consequent mover + $40/hr Note: 3 hours minimum charge. Our rates already include: * Experienced movers, fully equipped truck (No extra charge for miles, tolls, or gas), packing and materials (except for boxes), use of wardrobe boxes, furniture assembling, and taxes. We charge extra ONLY for: * Boxes for sale $3 / $5 / $7 (small / medium / large). * Extra heavy items such as treadmill, washer, piano, or fridge. Such items cost an extra $100-600 (The price discussed individually). * Double-drive. What is the Double-drive policy: California law requires moving companies to charge double-drive time if the distance from origin to destination exceeds 10 miles. That means if we spend 1 hour driving from your pick-up to drop-off, we multiply that time by 2 and apply your current rate. We don't charge for driving before pick-up or after drop-off.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for additional fees moving companies charge besides the hourly rate. Is there a truck/mileage fee? Do they charge extra for packing materials? Are there additional fees for stairs? All those little things can blow up your bill giving you quite an unpleasant surprise at the end of your move.
